This Easter one of our staff members, Mindas Burba had the opportunity to contribute to improving the lives of young people in Ghana's town Woe. He stayed away from his family for two weeks and volunteered with the local communities helping and supporting local schools.
He was so impressed by the collaboration and co-ordination abilities of African Adventures and Burton Albion Community Trust who organised the whole trip. Mindas said, it was inspiring to witness how they made the impossible things, possible.
Mindas expressed his whole-hearted gratitude to all who supported him on his journey, especially his SPL POWERLINES UK colleagues.
He is resolute in continuing to work towards community development and youth empowerment in Ghana.
