It was a first for SPL Powerlines UK to sponsor Rail Cymru Conference on 17th April 2024 in Cardiff. It was a well-attended conference catching up with industry colleagues, suppliers, clients and meeting new industry professionals.
There were numerous very informative and thought provoking presentations on CP7 from Network Rail's Kevin Collins, Head Of Portfolio Management – Wales & Western, Nick Millington MBE, Route Director Wales & Western, TfW's Dave McCallum – Strategic Development Programme Manager and our Regional Director, England & Wales - Steve McWhan, along with panel discussions and other presentations.
SPL gave an overview of the company, group, our capabilities, resources and provided many examples of projects successfully delivered on time and on budget.
